Anglers fishing from boats and shore were interviewed in January 2013. A total of 609 anglers fished for 3024 hours, catching 877 fish that were thrown back and 36 fish that were kept. The majority (47%) of fish thrown back were between 17-20 inches, while fish over 24 inches accounted for only 6% of throwbacks. Seven fish over 24 inches were caught during the month, with lengths ranging from 24.6 to 26.6 inches.
